The village has been designed to ensure that the running costs are kept to a minimum for each home. There is a maintenance charge, which will include buildings insurance cover, the upkeep of the exteriors of the properties, grounds, communal areas, transport and the day-to-day management of the village.

All villagers will be given the opportunity to be involved in the management company through a share allocation scheme.
